Hayfever treatment

Currently I take a daily antihistamine tablet to help with my hayfever: Cetirizine Dihydrochloride 10mg.

I also use a nasal spray: Pirinase, which contains fluticasone propionate. I find that these two treatments together are effective at controlling my symptoms.
