Goto a clean directory Get new

wget http://maradns.org/download/maradns-1.0.35.tar.gz

Call it the right name

mv maradns-1.0.35.tar.gz maradns_1.0.35.orig.tar.gz

Get old 1.0.24

apt-get source maradns

Extract and patch(debianize) new source

cd maradns-1.0.34/

uupdate ../maradns_1.0.35.orig.tar.gz

Check it out:

cd ../maradns-1.0.35

Edit the changelog if desired. Build

debuild -us -uc

Run lintian on .changes Upload to repo

dput -u local maradns_1.0.35-1_i386.changes
