Systemd Journal to Cloudwatch

https://github.com/advantageous/systemd-cloud-watch five years old, unmaintained, cannot compile without the go.mod. Even with one, it has some issue with the logging library.

https://github.com/gabrielperezs/sytoco works but oddly not in JSON.
