How I Monitor My Home Energy Usage
A short inventory of the meters and integrations I use to monitor electricity in my house and cottage, and the garage I have yet to monitor.
Since my UK home’s electricity monitor is not smart, I use the Octopus Energy integration for grid consumption — it pulls accurate meter readings directly from Octopus via their API.
